Exchange for Defective Products
We are committed to exchanging any product deemed defective. To ensure your exchange request is reviewed, please provide the following:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Mohiti Care reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions above or if the provided evidence is deemed insufficient to confirm the defect.
