Exchange for Defective ProductsWe are committed to exchanging any product deemed defective.

To ensure that your exchange request is processed, we ask that you provide the following:

• A clear photo of the defective product
• A video showing the observed defect
• Any other supporting evidence we may request during the processing of your request

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Mohiti Care reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions or if the provided evidence is insufficient to establish that the product is defective.

The product lasts between 4 to 6 months depending on usage.
As the preservatives used are natural, the shelf life of the product is 8 months.
