Exchange for Defective Products
We are committed to exchanging any product recognized as defective.
To have your exchange request reviewed, we kindly ask that you provide the following items:

• A clear photo of the defective product
• A video showing the identified defect
• Any additional proof that we may request during the review of your request
  Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  Mohiti Care reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above or if the provided evidence is deemed insufficient to establish the defective nature of the product.
