Exchange for Defective Products
We commit to exchanging any product that is found to be defective.
To process your exchange request, we kindly ask you to provide the following:

• A clear photo of the defective product
• A video showing the defect
• Any other supporting evidence we may request while processing your claim

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Mohiti Care reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions or if the provided evidence is insufficient to confirm the product's defect.
