Exchange for Defective Products:
We are committed to exchanging any product deemed defective.
To ensure your exchange request is processed, please provide the following:

• A clear photo of the defective product
• A video showing the identified defect
• Any additional evidence that may be requested during the review of your request

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Mohiti Care reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions or if the provided evidence is insufficient to establish the product's defect.
