Exchange for Defective Products
We are committed to exchanging any product found to be defective. To ensure that your exchange request is reviewed, please provide the following:

• A clear photo of the defective product
• A video showing the identified defect
• Any additional proof we may request during the evaluation of your claim

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Mohiti Care reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these conditions or if the provided evidence is deemed insufficient to establish the defect.
