Exchange for Defective Products
We are committed to exchanging any product found to be defective.
To process your exchange request, please provide the following:

• A clear photo of the defective product
• A video showing the defect
• Any additional evidence we may request during the evaluation of your claim

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Mohiti Care reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions or if the evidence provided is insufficient to confirm the defect.
